Synopsis:
Chuck spends the day avoiding pregnant women in an effort to prevent his having to deliver twins, as Gary's paper reports. Gary, newly divorced, tries to get on with his life, while trying to prevent a water-main break, destined to blackout the entire downtown area. Unfortunately, he gets distracted from his purpose by the appearance of a good-lookin' blonde.
