From the back cover:
In the spirit of such independent classics as Jim Jarmusch's Mystery Train, COLD FEVER is a witty and mystical journey of spiritual rebirth. Atsushi Hirata (Mystery Train's Masotoshi Nagese), a young Japanese executive, is forced to give up his yearly golf trip to Hawaii to perform a traditional memorial ceremony for his parents in the middle of Iceland. Chugging across the haunting, frozen landscapes in an old Citroen, Atsushi encounters a place as surreal as the land itself - a place of boiled sheep's heads, nature spirits, Icelandic cowboys, a potent liquor called Black Death and oddball American hitchhikers (Lili Taylor, I Shot Andy Warhol and Fisher Stevens, TV's Early Edition). But in the end, this quirky, mystical travelogue becomes a personal quest for redemption as Atsushi makes peace with the dead, and more importantly, himself.

Not reviewed yet...but I'm guessing the Fish Factor is middlin'. Fisher portrays Jack.
