Der Militairpflichtige des Geburts-Jahrs
1818: Georg Anton Frecker von Ösede Ordnungs-
und Loosungs Nummer 23 der Hauptliste
für dienstüchtig erklärt, aber als Ernäh-
rer seiner Mutter und jüngeren Geschwister
(:3 Schwester von respective 17, 13 ½ und 10 ½ Jahr-
ren: ) in die 2te Reserve versetzt, würde
nach Maaßgabe seiner vorangegebenen
Loos:

...Loosungs Nummer zum Aufruf gekommen
seyn, wenn das Benefiz der Reserve ihn nicht
befreyet hätte. Derselbe will jedoch jetzt
mit seiner Mutter und jenen 3 Schwestern
nach Amerika auswandern und hat um
einen Paß nachgesucht, welchen vor , von Ew.
Hoch und Hochwohlgeboren zu ertheilende
dimissorialen auszustellen, wir jedoch haben
Anstand nehmen müßen. Es ist nicht zu
erwarten, daß --- bleibe die Familie hier—
der Befreiungsgrund aufhören würde und
eben so ist bei der Vorschriften der Verord-
nung vom 22 Febr. 1831 die Einstellung von
dem höchst zufälligen Ereigniß einer zufälli
gen Varanz in dem Falle abhängig, wenn
bei einem Wegfallen des Grundes der
Reserve, der Militairpflichtige Frecker
wirklich eingestellt werden könnte. Unter
der Bemerkung, daß der Paßsuchende
noch im Laufe dieses Monats abzureisen
wünscht und daß schon 2 Brüder desselben
vor ihm auswanderten, geben wir
die weiter Verfügung anheim.

Auf dem Bericht des k. Amtes vom 12/14 d. M. wollen wir dem
Militaerpflichtigen des Geburtspass 1818 Georg Anton Frecker von
Oesede, Ordnungs- und ....Nummer 23 der Hauptliste, welcher als Ernaehrer
seiner Mutter und juengeren Geschwister in die ... Kaserne versetzt
worden hierdurch Dimissoriales zur Auswanderung nach Amerika jedoch nur
mit seinen obengenannten Angehoerigen ertheilen und unterweisen(?) wir
demnach das k. Amt ihm den nachgesagten Auswanderungspass auszuhaendigen.

concerning military matters.
He who is required to serve military duty of the birth year 1818:
Georg Anton Frecker from Ösede, order and draft lottery Number 23
on the main list declared as capable to serve, but as breadwinner
for his mother and younger siblings (3 sisters of respectively 17,
13½, and 10 ½ years ) transferred to the 2nd Reserve, in
accordance with his previously stated lottery…

.......there is the possibility that since he has been released by the
Reserve Military, his Selective Service Number, already issued,
could be called, during the time period that he is waiting on his request
--already filed with higher authorities-- to be permitted to go to America
with his mother and three sisters. His request is still under
consideration and for these reasons we must not handle this matter
lightly. It is not
to be expected --even if his family remain here-- that through some
sort of variance to the provisions of Military Regulations dated 22
February 1831,
his request will be granted. Due to the fact that he has now been
released from the Reserves, and the fact is that he is military-eligible,
FRECKER could be called up (to regular military duty) at any moment.
With due regard to the fact that his request for a pass is still
being processed in the very month in which he wishes to leave, and in
view of the fact that he already has two brothers that have emigrated
before
him, we are leaving this decision up to others (closer to home).

On report of the r(oyal) office from the 12th (and) 14th of this
month, we want to give the allowness to the military serviceman of the
birth passport 1818 Georg Anton Frecker of Oesede, index- and ...number 23
of
the mainlist, who was sent as breadwinner for his mother and his younger
siblings to the barracks (in your area?) for the emigration to America but
only
together with his above mentioned relatives and instruct the r(oyal)
office
therefore, to hand out the emigration-passport to him.
