ABC started the night with "Who Wants To Be a Millionaire," 11.6/18 (12.5/19), followed by a new episode of "Dharma & Greg" at 9 p.m., 9.3/14 (9.2/14). The second episode of premiere of Joan Cusack (What About Joan) had another strong performance, winning the half-hour with a 9.5/14 (10.5/15) at 9:30 p.m. At 10 p.m., "NYPD Blue" featured James McDaniel leaving the show, helping the series take a strong 12.1/20 (11.0/18).
